NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR
DELINQUENT TAXES

Pursuant to the Order for Sale of Real Property for Delinquent Taxes entered by the Tazewell County Circuit Court on October 7, 2019, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, on October 18, 2019 at 9:00 AM, on the steps of the Tazewell County Courthouse, located at 135 Court Street, Tazewell, Virginia 24651, the following described property for payment of delinquent taxes:
That certain lot, tract, or parcel of land lying and being situate in Tazewell County, Virginia, titled in the name of Roy H. Meadows and Dorothy Pearl Meadows, and being lots 140-142 and part of lot 139 located at Healing Springs, near Tazewell, as described in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 573, Page 755, being Tax Map Number 074B-01 0139-0142.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH OR EQUIVALENT – ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due thirty (30) days from the date of sale, payable by (a) cash, (b) money order, (c) cashier’s check, or (d) certified check.
TERMS OF SALE: MINIMUM BID REQUIRED – a minimum starting bid of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) will be required for purchase.
The property shall be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title free and clear of all liens except 2019 real estate taxes, which shall be prorated. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Tazewell County Circuit Court.
