The object of this suit is to: obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the respondent, Abbigail Keeley Sparks to Sec. 20-91(9)(a), Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of more than one year.
An Affidavit having been made and filed states that Travis Lee Simms may not be a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has a last known address as stated above.
It is ORDERED that Travis Lee Simms appear at the above-named court and protect his interests on or before July 22nd 2019.
