REQUEST FOR BID NUMBER WVSOM-15-B-019
PATIENT SIMULATOR SYSTEMS
The West Virginia School of Osteo-pathic Medicine (WVSOM) Board of Governors on behalf of WVSOM located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 is soliciting competitive firm fixed priced bids from qualified vendors for 2 (two) Patient Simulators Systems/Laerdal Sim Man 3-G or equal. Any questions pertaining to this RFB shall be submitted IN WRITING, no later than 4:30 PM on January 21, 2015, to the address below.
Sealed bids will be received in the WVSOM Contracts Department, Room A220/221, located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 until 3:30 PM (EST) on January 28, 2015, at which time all sealed bids will be publically opened and read aloud. Bids received after that date and time will not be opened or considered for award.
All bids must be submitted in accordance with the RFB, as issued by the WVSOM Contracts Department. The RFB will be issued on or about January 12, 2015. ALL REQUESTS FOR THE RFB AND QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING ONLY TO:
