The Clay County Commission will hold a public hearing on the application by Varis L. Canfield, Jr. for Street Closing of an Unopened Street between Lot 8 and Lot 9 in the Town of Otter as shown on a survey by William R. Gunnoe, Professional Surveyor, dated June 10, 2022. This proposed unused Street Closing will have no effect on access to any adjacent or nearby houses or property. The public Hearing on this Street Closing Application will be held on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Clay County Commission Courtroom at 246 Main Street, Clay, WV 25043.
