Concord University (hereinafter called “OWNER”) on behalf of the Concord University Board of Governors invites qualified companies to submit sealed bids for a color copier for our Print Shop on the Athens campus. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the OWNER, Room A227 in Marsh Hall (Administration Building), located at Athens, West Virginia 24712 unti1 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, and then and there the bids will be publicly opened and read.
