Sealed bids for Combi Ovens for Park Middle School will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 104 Allen Avenue, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 no later than Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Documents must be received on or before the date and time stated. Service providers must comply with all requirements and conditions set forth in the document package.

A Mandatory Information Meeting is scheduled for:

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY – all service providers MUST attend the Information Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. Should any provider fail to attend, its proposal will be disqualified.
After the scheduled closing time of receipt, no proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days.
