Rates: to be reimbursed by Medicaid IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that EnAct, Inc. give notice of the filing of the application, by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in West Virginia Code c59-3- 1 et seq, published and of general circulation in Boone, Fayette, Kanawha, Putnam, and Jackson Counties, making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may grant the request without a hearing.
