CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Clay County Commission is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The new tower called Pisgah Ridge 911 will be off Pisgah Ridge Road, Clay, WV (38-27-01.1N and 81-04-37.7W). The self-support tower will be 308 feet in height, including an 8-foot lightning rod. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
