Notice is hereby given that FOLA COAL COMPANY LLC, 2112 LEATHERWOOD RD, PO BOX 180, BICKMORE, WV 25019 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. 0302292 located near BICKMORE in HENRY District of Clay County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until November 25, 2016, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
A copy of the request will be available until November 25, 2106, or thirty {30) days from date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Clay County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
