Notice is hereby given that an application for Operator Assignment has been submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) located at 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for permit number S200710 held by Keystone Coal Reserves LLC, 116 Springer Ln, Somerset, PA 15501. This application will assign Taylor Minerals, Inc., 201 South Jefferson Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 as an operator on the permit named above.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and should be sent to the DEP at the address above. Comments received by September 21, 2015, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the application will be available until September 21, 2015, or thirty (30) days from date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Tucker County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
