Notice is hereby given that an application for Operator Assignment has been submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) located at 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for permit number S201298 held by WV RECLAIM CO, LLC, 2122 LEATHERWOOD ROAD, BICKMORE, WV 25019. This application will assign RANGE NATURAL RESOURCES, INC., 200 PARK AVENUE, SUITE 400, CLEVELAND, OH 44122 as an operator on the permit named above.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the DEP at the address above. Comments received by December 10, 2022, or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the application will be available until December 10, 2022, or thirty (30) days from date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at:
