Notice is hereby given that WV Reclaim Co, LLC, 2122 Leatherwood Road, Bickmore, WV 25019, has submitted an application with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a Phase 1, 2 and 3 release on Permit Number O-3009-92 issued for 61 acres.
The permit is located in Henry District of Clay County, 4.65 miles east of Bickmore on Franks Branch of Lilly Fork of Buffalo Creek of Elk River.
WV Reclaim Co, LLC completed final reclamation on 1/01/2010 and is requesting release of one hundred (100) percent of the reclamation performance bond, currently in the amount of $141,520.00. Written comments will be received at the WVDEP address above until July 12, 2021 or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
