Notice is hereby given that WV Reclaim Co, LLC, 2122 Leatherwood Road, Bickmore, WV 25019, has filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a Certificate of Approval for a Dam to abandon for SMA/Permit No. O302292.
The structure will discharge into Lilly Fk of Buffalo Creek of Elk River and is located 4.5 miles east of Bickmore in Henry District of Clay County, Longitude 81o 2’ 5” and Latitude 38o 23’ 17” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until 8/18/23, or fifteen (15) days from date of publication. A copy of the application will be available for review until 8/18/23, or fifteen (15) days from date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at:
