Notice is hereby given that WV RECLAIM CO, LLC, 2122 LEATHERWOOD ROAD, BICKMORE, WV 25019 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suit 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a Phase 1 release on Permit Number O303391 issued for 68.65 acres.
The permit is located in Henry District of Clay County, 4.5 miles northeast of Bickmore on Big Branch and an unnamed tributary of Franks Branch of Lilly Fork of Buffalo Creek of Elk River.
WV RECLAIM CO, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 3/31/2023 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $69,000.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until 9/23/24, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
