Notice is hereby given that STANLEY INDUSTRIES, INC., 587 WILLOW WAY, FLEMINGTON, WV 26347 has submitted an application for RENEWAL of Quarry Article 4 Permit Number Q200495 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 in order to remove Limestone and Sandstone by conducting Quarry operations.
The operation is discharging into Brushy Fork of Monongahela River and is located 5.0 miles, east of Moatsville, in Clover District of Tucker County, Longitude 79° 49’ 16” and Latitude 39° 11’ 37” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the application shall identity the applicant and application number and will be received by the Supervisor at the DEP address above until June 6, 2020, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
