Notice is hereby given that ROSE HOLDINGS LLC, 70 COLUMBIA BLVD, CLARKSBURG, WV 26301 has submitted an application for Permit No. Q201489 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600, in order to add surface area to the existing permit. Rose Holdings proposes to add 12.94 acres to the existing permit boundary.
The operation is discharging into Brushy Fork of Teter Creek of Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River and is located near MOATSVILLE in COVE/CLOVER District of Barbour/Tucker Counties, Longitude 79°49’27.4” and Latitude 39°11’38.9” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
