Notice is hereby given that FOLA COAL COMPANY LLC, PO BOX 180, 2112 LEATHERWOOD RD, BICKMORE, WV 25019 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV, 26416-1600 for an insignificant permit revision to Article 3 permit number S200502 in order to add 36.70 acres of bonded area and delete 22.20 acres of bonded area bringing the total permitted acreage to 1759.63 acres.
The revised permit will discharge into Leatherwood Creek of Kanawha River and is located 1.0 miles southeast of Bickmore, in the Henry/Pleasant District of Clay County, Longitude 80.4’.45” and Latitude 38.21’.12”.
