Notice is hereby given that WV Reclaim Co, LLC 2122 Leatherwood Road, Bickmore, WV 25019 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a Phase 1, 2 and 3 Release on non-started Permit No. S201012 for the following increments:
Increment No. 1 2.00 acres
Increment No. 2 54.20 acres
Increment No. 3 50.00 acres
Increment No. 4 50.00 acres
Increment No. 5 50.80 acres
The permit is located in Henry District of Clay County, 4.8 miles northeast of Bickmore on Franks Branch of Lilly Fork of Buffalo Creek of Elk River of Kanawha River.
WV Reclaim Co, LLC is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $10,000.00
