The operation is discharging into unnamed tributaries of/and Mill Creek and Big Clear Creek of Meadow River of Gauley River of Kanawha River and is located 2.75 miles southeast of Quinwood in Meadow Bluff District of Greenbrier County, Longitude 80o 40’ 46” and Latitude 38o 1’ 36” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
