NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation, 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416, will hold an online Public Hearing from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. The conference may be accessed at https://apps.dep.wv.gov/meet/WV1029444. The purpose of the informal conference is to allow comments from those people having an interest which is or may be adversely affected by the application for an Article 11/NPDES Permit WV1029444 by Keystone Coal Reserves, LLC for their Surface Mine Permit S200710, located northeast of Davis in Davis District of Tucker County.
