Morris d/b/a Joe’s Car Wash, Civil Action No. CC-08-2022-C-23, was lodged with the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, on May 30 2024.
The proposed Consent Decree concerns a complaint filed by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection against Jamie M. Morris d/b/a Joe’s Car Wash alleging that Jamie M.
