Notice is hereby given that South Fork Coal Company, LLC, 1295 Ashford Hill Road, Ashford, WV 25009, has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
This application has been submitted for:

☒ All Officers for permittee or its owner have changed
On Permit No(s) O-3012-11, O-3013-11, O-3022-11, S-138-78, S-3005-11, S-3033-93 and U-3019-91 from South Fork Coal Company, LLC, 1295 Ashford Hill Road, Ashford, WV 25009.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by October 15, 2016 or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the application will be available until October 15, 2016, or thirty (30) days from date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
