NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION TO CREDITORS AND
CLAIMANTS AGAINST LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
(Pursuant to W. Va. Code § 31B-8-808)
Brier Mountain, LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company (the “Company”) has filed Articles of Termination with the Secretary of State of West Virginia, effective May 31, 2022, and is now winding up its affairs. Creditors must present to the Company any claim they may have against the Company, including claims that are conditional, unmatured, or contingent upon the occurrence or nonoccurrence of future events, in the following manner:
All claims which are made against the Company shall (a) state all facts that support the claim, (b) identify all persons that have personal knowledge of the facts along with their current addresses and telephone numbers, (c) attach copies of all documents which support the claim, and (d) clearly state the amount owed.
