It is hereby ordered that John Paul Proctor, Jr., serve upon Erlinda Joy Proctor, Petitioner, whose address is 42 Cannelton Road, Cannelton, West Virginia, 25036, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before November 8, 2019.
