NOTICE TO MONROE COUNTY RESIDENTS
The Monroe County LEPC (Local Emergency Planning Committee) is making available for your review on December 9th, 2025, between the hours of 8am and 2pm, in the basement of 911 Center at 39 Nota Street, Union, WV 24983, the following information pertaining to hazardous materials in Monroe County.
-List of chemicals, used, stored, generated in Monroe County that meets the quantity or hazard identification for reporting
-County Emergency Response Plan as it pertains to hazmat response.
-Material Safety Data Sheets on chemicals in Monroe County
-First Aid and medical treatment for chemicals found in Monroe
-Inventory forms
-Any emergency notices that may have been submitted to the LEPC Committee.
