Experienced, reliable HVAC and Electrical Contractors needed on a contract basis for installation and repair on single housing units in Tazewell and Russell counties. Contractors must a valid Virginia Contracts License, proof of General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation, and successfully complete a Contractor’s Qualification Application, which can be acquired by contacting Clinch Valley Community Action, Inc. All contractors will be required to acquire Lead Safe Worker and Renovation, Repair and Painting certifications provided through Clinch Valley Community Action, Inc. Local contractors will be utilized whenever possible. CVCA will pre-qualify contractors. Contracts will be award based on qualifications, availability, price references and understanding of the scope of work.
