AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Fairfax Materials, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a 050-C General Permit Relocation for a concrete batch plant located on Seneca Trail, Thomas, in Tucker County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Lat: 39.19512, Long: -79.52424
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 0.17 TPY NOx; 0.10 TPY CO; 0.01 TPY VOC; 0.001 TPY SO2; 45.41 TPY PM-10; 116.11 TPY PM; 168 TPY CO2e.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 23rd day of September, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at DEP [email protected].
