Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of June 2022 at 3:30 o’clock p.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Elijah James Armstead will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing his name from Elijah James Armstead to Elijah James Adkins at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
