It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Scott Bird may or may not be a resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address, it is hereby ordered that Scott Bird serve upon Jennifer Coleman, whose address is 245 Center Street, Clay, WV 25043, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Modification filed in this action on or before May 23, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. If you fail to answer the Petition for Modification, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
