It is hereby ordered that VICTOR JARVIS serve upon AMBER FITZWATER, whose address is 550 SERVIA ELMIRA ROAD, DUCK, WV 25063, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for MODIFICATION filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 17, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. If you fail to answer the Petition for MODIFICATION, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
