THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS A PETITION TO REVISE FINAL ORDER GRANTING DIVORCE.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Louis Richard Koch, without effect, it is hereby ordered that LOUIS RICHARD KOCH serve upon Dominque Razzook, Counsel for Petitioner, whose address is Legal Aid of West Virginia, 922 Quarrier St., 4th floor, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action within 20 days of this Notice. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A copy or said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
Please also take notice that hearing is set on this Petition for December 3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in front of the Family Court of Clay County, 246 Main Street, Clay, WV 25043.
