The object of this suit is to obtain a guardianship
TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENT AUTUMN FLOYD
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that AUTUMN FLOYD may or may not be a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that AUTUMN FLOYD serve upon KATHERYN WRIGHT, plaintiff, whose address is 164 Big Hollow Road, Lizemores, West Virginia 25125, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy or said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
