It appearing by affidavit duly taken in this action that ALLAN NELSON, JR. may or may not be a resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that ALLAN NELSON, JR. serve upon LALITA SHAY NELSON, whose address is 517 west friendship st., medina, oh 44256, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for divorce filed in this action on or before JULY 8, 2021 at 12:00 Noon. If you fail to answer the Petition for DIVORCE, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
