It is hereby ordered that Joshua Don Stutler serve upon Carey Beth Stutler, petitioner, whose address is 119 Circle Dr., Ravenswood, WV 26168, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before the 28th day of March, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment mat be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
