TO: JEFFREY SCOTT CLEATOR, FATHER OF THE MINOR
It appearing by verified pleading filed in this action that after the exercise of due diligence by Petitioner, Sheena Leedy & Alexander Leedy, AND Mother of the Minor Shilo Lippert, the exact identity and whereabouts of Jeffrey Scott Cleator, father of the minor, whose whereabouts are unknown to the Petitioners & Mother. It is hereby ordered that Jeffrey Scott Cleator, Father of Minor, serve upon Petitioner’s Sheena Leedy & Alexander Leedy, whose address is, 221 Virginia Street Kenbridge, VA 23944, and Mother Shilo Lippert at 123 Shamblin Run Rd., Procious, WV 25164 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of Guardian filed in this action or before the hearing date. You are advised that a hearing will be held on March 6, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. in the Family Court, 246 Main Street, 2nd Floor Clay Courthouse, Clay , WV. 25043 before the Honorable Judge Harley Stollings at which time and place you may appear if you so be advised. If you fail to do so, thereafter the Court will be asked to appoint guardian for the minor children and such other relief as set forth in said Petition. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
