The object of this suit is to establish custody of the infant children of Kayla Lloyd and Brandon C. Stokes.
TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENT:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of the Respondent herein, is unknown to the Petitioner and his last known address is it is hereby ordered that Respondent serve upon the Petitioner, whose address is 516 Yorkville Road, Yorktown, VA 23692 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 15, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in this Petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
