It is hereby ordered that Beverly Kyle serve upon Jacob Kyle, pro se Petitioner whose address is 36 14th St., Elkins, WV 26241, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before March 16, 2015. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
