It is hereby ordered that Dennis Lee Slutz serve upon Timothy Litten, Petitioner’s Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 229, Elkins, WV 26241, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before January 10, 2015. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
