NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated January 15, 2007, from Tommy Holmes to Kenneth Price, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 788, at page 529, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $32,801.85, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse in Fayetteville, West Virginia on July 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described tract or parcel of real estate, together with any improvements thereon, rights incidental thereto and any appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate at Minden on the waters of Arbuckle Creek in Plateau District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a 1/2″ rebar (set) at the common corner of Lots 389 and 387, said 1/2″ rebar being on the southern right-of-way of WV Secondary Route 17/2 (Old Minden Road); thence with the right-of-way of said Secondary Route 17/2 and lot 387, N 71deg. 25′ E 69.76′ to a 1/2″ rebar (set) at the common corner of lots 387 and 385; thence leaving said right-of-way and with the common line of lots 385 and 387, S 27deg. 05′ E 62.25′ to a 1/2″ rebar (set) on line of said lots 385 and 387; thence with a new line through Lots 387, S 56deg. 59′ W 68.78′ to a 1/2″ rebar (set) on the common line of lots 389 and 387; thence with the common line of lots 389 and 387, N 27deg. 30′ W 79.67′ to the point of beginning, and containing 0.112 of an acre, more or less.

Being the same property conveyed from Gary A. Holmes to Tommy Holmes by Deed dated November 1, 2006, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 626, at page 11.
Terms of the sale: Ten percent non-refundable cash deposit due at sale. Balance of purchase price due within thirty days of date of sale.
