NOTICE OF DISPOSEL OF
PUBLIC STORAGE UNIT
To enforce West Virginia Self-Storage Lien Act Code 38-14-5. On August 12, 2018 Laurel Creek Mini Storage, L.L.C. will dispose of all personal property held at its self-storage facility located at 267 Laurel Creek Road Fayetteville, WV to satisfy a self-storage lien on the following units: #16, #97, #30,and #74 in the names of: Michael Canterbury, Brandon Martin, Derrick Hawver, and Martin Torres.
In accordance with West Virginia Code 37-14-5, a purchaser in good faith of any personal property sold or otherwise disposed of pursuant to West Virginia Self Storage Lien Act takes the property free and clear of any rights of person against whom the lien was valid.
