PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT
the City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting of August 7th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Change in Land Classification, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
LC-41-18-1: Request of James Ayres, owner, for a change in Land Classification from B-1, Central Business District, to B-2, General Business District located at 128 East Main St., Oak Hill.
TAKE NOTICE also, that at the August 13th, 2018, meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present.
