NOTICE
The City of Oak Hill will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 13, 2018, to form, pour and finish concrete walls and tie into an existing concrete pad for a 30′ X 60′ structure. A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 7, 2018 at 9 a.m. at 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill, WV. The walls will be 8 ft. high x 1 ft. wide with an 8 ft. high center wall from long wall to long wall. The design shall provide an 18′ opening on both short sides. Two mats of #5 rebar are required, 1′ OC.
All bids shall be in a sealed envelope marked “Salt Storage” addressed to: City Manager, City of Oak Hill, PO Box 1245, Oak Hill, WV 25901 or hand delivered to 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill, WV. Each bidder must submit proof of liability insurance (minimum limit of $1,000,000) and WV Contractors License with bid. The Contractor will adhere to all local, state, and federal regulation including licensing and permitting.
All proposals will be opened publicly at the Oak Hill City Council meeting on August 13, 2018, at or shortly after 6:30 p.m.
