It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Timothy A. Robertson is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address, it is hereby ordered that Timothy A. Robertson serve upon Kirstie J. Robertson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Circuit Clerk, P.O. Box 600, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before August 29th, 2018. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
