FIXED-BUDGET REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
SPLASH PAD DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLTION
TOWN OF WARDENSVILLE
The Town of Wardensville, West Virginia Wardensville has announced a Fixed Budget RFP for a Commercial Turnkey Splash Pad Design and Construction. Proposals must be from qualified design-build contractors to design and construct a new, fully operational commercial splash pad at the J. Allen Hawkins Community Park, 323 Waites Run Road, Wardensville WV 26851.
The total budget for this turnkey project, including design, excavation, concrete work, plumbing, and vertical water features in a flow-through system, is fixed at $120,000. Proposals exceeding this amount will be disqualified.
