FLATWOODS-CANOE RUN PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT SUTTON, WV OLD 19 PHASE II WATERLINE UPGRADE PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of: Old 19 Phase II Waterline Upgrade Project Contract No. 1 Construction and installation of approximately 15,100 lineal feet of new 8-inch and smaller diameter waterline, hydrants, valves, reconnection of existing water meters, sediment basin sludge removal, and other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Installation of main server and SCADA system in the water treatment plant as well as the installation of fourteen (14) satellite connections in locations throughout the water distribution system outlined in the Specifications.
