Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 7, 2013, from Donald R. Fulp to Sharon Borich and Lynn Mayberry, Trustees, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1257, at page 735, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $299,659.00 payable to New Peoples Bank, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by New Peoples Bank, Inc., the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Mercer County Courthouse in Princeton, West Virginia on November 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain parcel of land with improvements and appurtenances thereto also known as Lot 46, Phase I Canterbury Woods, located in the City of Bluefield, County of Mercer, and State of West Virginia.
And being the same property conveyed to Donald Fulp by deed dated August 19, 2008 which is of record in the Clerk’s Office of Mercer County, West Virginia in Deed Book 928, Page 64.
