Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of McCaden Brackenrich for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests permission to run and operate an established K-9 training facility from his home at 715 Harper Road, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Lewisburg District, described in Deed Book 618 on Page 87 and shown on Tax Map 14 as Parcel 53.6.
