Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Alex Hanna for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests permission for an agritourism business at 382 James Stuart Rd., Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg, described in Deed Book 564 on Page 31 and shown on Tax Map 8 as Parcel 8.1.
