GREENBRIER COUNTY COMMISSION
In accordance with West Virginia Code § 7-1-3d, the Greenbrier County Commission will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on April 9, 2019 and at 7:00 p.m. on April 23, 2019 in the Greenbrier County Courthouse located at 912 Court Street N. in Lewisburg, West Virginia, to determine whether to adopt, reject, or recommend changes to Greenbrier County Ordinance authorizing volunteer fire companies to charge reasonable reimbursement fees. Public comments may be made during the public hearing, and written comments will also be accepted if received by the County Commission prior to the close of the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed to: Greenbrier County Commission, 912 Court Street N., Lewisburg, WV 24901.
Copies are available for review in the Greenbrier County Commission Office (located in the Courthouse), prior to April 9, 2019.
