Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
Under consideration at the Public Hearing are the following two REZONING requests on adjoining parcels:
1. Corwin and Louise Ballard, the owners of 7 acres of land located
at 3159 Houfnaggle Rd, Lewisburg, WV, Parcel #9-23B-29, have
petitioned the Planning Commission to REZONE the property from
Open Space Conservation to Forest Recreation to accommodate a
factory built home rental community.
2. Jason Perry, the owner of 3.82 acres of land located on Hillcrest Park Lane, Lewisburg, WV, Parcel #9-23F-03, has petitioned the
Planning Commission to REZONE the property from Open Space
Conservation to Forest Recreation to accommodate a factory built home rental community.
The rezoning petitions are available for review in the Planning Commission office located in the Courthouse.
